ANS Distributing was created in 1981 by one man selling nozzles from the trunk of his
car in Tucson, Arizona. It was that early in the company’s history that Bill Tegethoff realized there
was a clear need for a supplier in the petroleum equipment industry who was dedicated to customer service.
In retrospect, Bill uses one word to describe his company and its success, “responsive.”
It has been this undying commitment to the customers’ needs that has enabled ANS
