ANS Distributing prides itself in ensuring the quality of the work of its management and staff fosters employee satisfaction, growth and development. ANS Distributing provides training and the opportunity for each employee to reach their full potential.
Orientation Training
All new employees are expected to attend new hire orientation within one month of hire. Orientation training gives the new employees a background of what ANS Distributing is all about and what ANS Distributing expects from them.
New full-time employees will receive two weeks of hands-on training. These two weeks will be spent with a trainer who will work side-by-side with the new employee in the department where he or she will be assigned to.
Ongoing Training
Training for all employees continues throughout their career at ANS Distributing. Various types of training have been coordinated as follows:
Department training
Product training
Customer Service Training
Safety Training
Any other training deemed necessary by management
Newly promoted or hired supervisors will complete the ANS Distributing Supervisory training as well as an outside Supervisor Training Seminar to enhance their people and leadership skills.
Training is not something that is one way at ANS Distributing, everyone is expected to continually improve their own skills and abilities as well as to train and support other team members. ANS Distributing encourages all employees to voice their ideas and topics that should be included in our training program.
